Goods and services sold

The Sustainable Schools Network Limited may sell physical goods (eg DVDs, publications such as journals), electronic items (eg download of electronic journals) and membership fees, subscriptions and registration fees (eg annual membership fees, payment for attendance at symposium and/or conferences etc). All prices include GST unless sold to an overseas purchaser.

Transaction Currency

All transactions are processed in Australian dollars ($AUD).

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do. The percentage of refund made for symposium/conference registrations is dependent upon the date of cancellation. Details are provided on the relevant registration/information pages where these occur.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone.
